If you wish to change the classes attended by a student or students please do so here.
If you would prefer not to submit this information online, you can download a PDF version, complete it within Adobe Reader, and EITHER email it back to principal@theweston.dance (or principal@theweston.co.uk if your email system does not recognise the new domain names), OR print it out, and mail to us at 28 Prykes Drive, CHELMSFORD, Essex CM1 1TP.
Families' personal details will be treated as confidential under GDPR.
