Pilates

Tracy Fritschy

Having started her early dance training at The Weston School of Dance Tracy went on to the vocational college, Laine Theatre Arts.  It was here that she successfully passed all her teaching qualifications with distinction.  During her training she taught for the college and then danced professionally around the world for several years.

Once she had ‘hung up’ her dancing shoes, she retrained as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, specialising in Pilates.  She has been teaching this solely for the past fifteen years, with a strong dance bias, drawing on her previous experience and knowledge.
